Working through the UX personas and the CJM (Customer Journey Map) allowed us to identify key issues and opportunities for improvement. This gave a clear picture of how users interact with the app

At the final stage, the layouts were designed to reflect a modern and ergonomic style. We have focused on user-friendliness and aesthetics.
